- Assist in daily coordination and administration works internally and externally for ESO
- Make travel arrangements and booking for internal business trips and external visits
- Assist in Monthly Corporate Credit Card Claims for higher management
- Monitor invoices and payments
- Maintain contact lists
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Create SOP documentation for ESO related processes
