  • To manage walk in customer at the service centre.
  • To consistently give excellent service at the service centre.
  • To ensure all the stipulated guideline and procedure are followed.
  • To ensure KPIs established been met.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in any field.
  • Proven field service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
